How to complain
If you believe that your image has been taken or otherwise used unlawfully and that your human right to private life has been violated, you have the right to complain.
The taking, retention, publication and any other kind of use of your image in the context of data processing indisputably limits your right to private life. If you have not consented to the obtaining or use of your photo and/or consider that it is being processed in an unlawful manner, you can complain about the actions of the public authority or private individual or entity.
