You have the right to complain if you believe artificial intelligence (AI) has violated your rights.

AI systems must comply with the AI Act and national oversight by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. You can read about how to complain to the Authority on its website.

However, the Authority is not the only body that can handle your complaint.

Data protection
